missed payments for 97/104/105 have been removed from the list as they are defaulted.

Thanks, I think you are correct and also a fair number of loans have had their missing payment capitalised into the loans and I've only just noticed my number of "red spot pages dropping from 7-8 down to 2.
False alarm methinks LW

Still over 4 pages of red spots for me despite the large reduction.

And why oh why is my outstanding amount from the long since abandoned Brewery loan still showing in my platform total. ablrate, I've lost count of the number of times you've promised to sort this out. Please can you add a "recovery abandoned/exhausted" category and use it to deduct the unrecoverable amount from the platform total.

I can only apologise on this, it is something we are formalizing, as per the defaulted payments. It will be done within the next month (we hope to under promise and over deliver)

Great to know that the court case is impending - can we have an update on the date and which court this will take place in? As I posted here it is now more than three months since your last update on this topic, so this is news in some form.

Impending or 'about to happen; forthcoming'. That sounds like an update.
It is true that other platforms would not have spent £30k on chasing this 'gentleman'. (crossed with ptr)
