The All Party Parliamentary Group on Personal Banking and Fairer Financial Services has launched a " Call for Evidence about the Financial Conduct Authority." You may not know of the APPG but they are already aware of Col. Like me you may want to partake in this survey to further inform the APPG the problems we as as Col investors have experienced with the FCA. Personally I will be focusing on the FCA breaking the law during the approvals process, one of the many failures that have directly put us in the position we are in. There are of course other areas that you may wish to focus on, that is of course your choice. If you want to partake all the details are on the page I have linked to above, the relevant set of questions are 'C'. As always I will be happy to answer any questions either directly on the forum or if there is a possibility of prejudicing possible legal actions I will do it by PM. |

Have they done that purposely do you think. Bloody coincidence isnt it. The link was widely circulated amongst Lendy and FS groups, I tend to think TTF have been overwhelmed with responses. This is a small organisation and they are relying on volunteers to work their way through submissions. The lings and I do have contacts so Col voices will be heard.

A new section G has been added, for FCA employees, it's aimed at whistleblowing. Section E is also aimed at whistleblowers.

Not sure if this is the best thread re the FCA or not but this came out today:- Blackmore Bond and the FCAduck I imagine you're probably more than familiar with this, but just in case you're not you get a dedicated ping  . |
