Wait a minute.
The author of the report, Asserson also done some work like this
“Acted for Israeli high net worth individual in $1.5bn mining dispute.”
I haven’t seen the report yet, has it mentioned the any bias from the local media in the “terrorists” conflict zone in the “promised land”.? Given the author has Jewish community background, IMHO, it certainly favours one side.

Being ridiculed by my fellow forumites is par for the course as far as I'm concerned so here it is. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13825213/BBC-breached-guidelines-Israel-Hamas-war-coverage.htmlIf Benaj is right, its a shame IMO The Telegraph et al have taken the stance on this particular issue. However, even though I personally tended to lean against Israel in many of these debates, I absolutely support the truth being told without bias from an organisation which we all but must pay through a "TV Licence".

While it is tragic that a head teacher killed themselves over the apparent pressure of receiving a "not good enough" stamp from OFSTED ... which is what catalysed this argument ...
I have to marvel at the hypocrisy of teachers in general here ... They say: "One-word judgements are unhelpful, terribly reductive, do not correctly reflect the performance of a school as a complex entity etc. etc. etc. and should be stopped. "
Then, teachers ROUTINELY go round awarding pupils a single letter between A and F, with optional U and X thrown in, to sum up two years of a subject at GCSE or A-Level.
And then "simplified" that further to a number between 1 and 9 or something even less meaningful.
Or lecturers at Uni reduce three or four years of work down to a 1, 2.1, 2.2, 3 ...
Are they for real?

Not to talk over the excellent post above but
Mr Asserson’s team analysed coverage of the four-month aftermath after the 7 October massacre, researchers found that Israel was associated with the term “war crimes” four more times and “genocide” over 14 times more than Hamas in BBC coverage.
Would that not be because, In the aftermath of the October 7 massacre, Israel was actively committing war crimes and genocide while Hamas was relatively quiet?

Award and assessment are different.
Some students and teachers may win some awards for their excellent achievements annually, but are students are being assessed enough by teachers these days? 🤔
You better hope so, but some students’ work books are marked by teachers less than 10 times a year in mainstream schools these days. Most homework these days are not even graded, might get some feedbacks from teachers when they have the luxury.
Nowadays teachers use assessment to check “what” the students struggle with subject taught

Woah up... All they've done is count how many times the word "genocide" has been levelled at either side. 14x more commonly used to refer to Israel than Hamas. Well, let's just have a look, shall we? Israel - population 9.8m Gaza Strip - population 2.1m 7th October Hamas killed 800 Israeli civilians and 380 Israeli security forces. 6,000 Israelis wounded, 250 taken captive, 65 of whom have since been confirmed dead. Israel killed 1,700 Hamas terrorists and captured 300. Since 7th October 41,000 Gazan civilians killed, plus 17,000 alleged Hamas terrorists. 95,000 wounded, 9,300 detained, up to 2,000 missing, and nearly 2m displaced. Another hundred or so Israeli civilians and 500 security forces killed, c.7,000 wounded, 60,000 displaced. So that's nearly 3% of the Gazan population dead, another 5% wounded, and 90%+ displaced. Now, let's consider the UN definition of genocide... "Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide Article II In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: * Killing members of the group; * Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; * Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; * Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; * Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

I always thought Ms Price was a bit thick.
She bought the mucky Mansion for £1.35 million in 2014 She remortgaged it in 2018 earlier this year she insisted it was hers "and no-one can touch it" - She was evicted in May Listed for sale for £1.5 million ( not a good return in 10 years ) the proposed sale has fallen through
the Trustee from her first bankruptcy has disclaimed her interest ( Usually a sign that it won't cover the debts )
The court has already laid dibs to 40% of her onlyfans earnings, and more recently ordered the suspension of all payments by TIKTOK, after TIKTOK said they couldn't "put a hold on her wallets"
Given 40% is going to the courts she is left with 60%, if her earnings are £10k a month ( She claims much more ) she will be paying 40% tax that leaves her 20%.
given her recent spending sprees on holidays etc, and the fact she is renting a £5,000 a month property she clearly isn't taking this at all seriously.
I also see she is moaning that someone has downloaded some of her onlyfans videos and has put them on sharing sites.
but maybe it's typical of the live in the moment attitude, she's 46, she has a limited shelf life remaining for her career, and she should be putting money aside for retirement etc not blowing every penny she can get.

Surely long expired... She ain't going to make retirement age. The only question is if it's directly caused by substance abuse or indirectly like a car crash.

Not news but radio adverts someone scheduling them has a sense of humour
first advert "write off up to 85% of your debts blah blah ring us today on "
next advert "don't believe adverts saying you can write of 85% of your debts, secured debts and certain other debts are not included for independent advice ring us on ... or go to xyz.com"

it's all going on in Wales ain't it. I noted that he setup a goal and scored the winner. Also: "...police later confirmed that they had arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft." Presumably for stealing the game. I also note that he was later released without charge and the matter was closed. That's a bit c**p for him. His moment of glory ruined by being carted off by the coppers only to then be told "sorry, you can go now". Still, he'll be able to tell that one to the grandkids.

accept if you read the original article - not this piece of plagiaristic ad click bait nonsense - that this isn't quite what he said. Plus it was a deliberate choice. What he actually said is he didn't bother with much of a business plan, doesn't know whether he will run at a loss or a profit, but assumes a loss, and wants to try and do it all British (including no coca cola or ketchup for example). So its not that he " still can't make a profit from them", rather that he knows that he is doing it in a way that means he will almost certainly not make a profit. Two rather different things.
