My loan is Pal* Tra*, all the dates and events seemed to match, must be a parallel loan. My last payment was 9 jan.

OK, this thread is for a different loan. The one you're referring to is here. Yes, 9th Jan was my last payment, but the month before paid on 31st.

Paid a few days late but £120 knocked off for getting it chased. Reduces the return by 0.12% each time. I am not sure that I want such a quick referall to debt collectors. At least try a phone call first (of course they may have tried this).
