Some (even token) 'good faith' payments by the borrowers on the pub loans? Just a small acknowledgement of the patience afforded them by the lenders. It gets a bit wearing that the good faith is always in one direction. Would seem fair, no? ablrate

There will be updates on this soon, the larger group is paying again, the welsh one has started to make small payments which are ratcheting up. The three under TS have made minimal payments, I am having meeting today also about the TS loans. At this time we are waiting for those payments to be worth passing on and working our the pro rating. But yes, you will see payments coming soon.

Regarding the AF loans: total payments received = Zero.
The second one is despite AF saying in HIS statement in September: 'For the avoidance of doubt, we still fully intend to continue sending payments over the next three months if cashflow permits.'

I think I took the hint that cash flow possibly might not permit payments for at least three months.

I wouldn't hold your breath for an answer, ABLRate don't bother to post/engage on this forum any more Their loan update e-mails have dried up as well, as if lenders are merely an irritant to be ignored/disregarded

The last update on 14 Jan states that when the valuations are finalised the assets are going on the market.
