Hi,
I'm probably being dumb.
On the ratesetter.com main site, it states "we charge our lenders nothing"
However, I'm being charged "ratesetter lenders fee" when I look at my account history.
The two seem to contradict, unless I'm missing something.

The fees were dropped for contracts formed after 1st May 2014. 3 and 5 year contracts formed before that date will still be showing fees.

And just to add, even for the old contract the fees shown in member's account history was in addition to the rate they obtained. It was all a bit pointless, but the rates advertised and lent at were then increased with a "lender fee" which was then netted off. The net effect was zilch but a sum of confusion. Hence why we removed them.
So really on the lender rates achieved there never has been a fee, and certainly isn't now. Eventually when all those old accounts are paid any reference lender fees will be in the dustbin of RateSetter's history.
Kevin.
