Well more to expand the number of threads than anything else...... I am really struggling to work out what makes royal photos so valuable, I have a pocket full of pictures of her. connectivelending should probably have given some assistance with a more detailed description on these. Presumably they are originals and one offs? I see they are signed, but by who? Probably not a big issue given the bid limit, but I am inclined to let the rest of you have this one.

As they have all been valued by a third party and the lower estimate gives a LTV of 50% then I was happy without the details for this one although a high LTV in future would change that.

Dear All These were valued and inspected by the auction house that will eventually sell them if the borrower does not repay. Itβs a very safe LTV as we base it on the bottom estimate. Hope this helps.
