So is there anything that we are still waiting for the court to decide before the administrators are able to distribute funds eg administrator's fees.

So is there anything that we are still waiting for the court to decide before the administrators are able to distribute funds eg administrator's fees. Yes, the question of fees in relation to M2 loans is one of the hold over issues and will need to be determined prior to any distributions. As per the latest admin update, this is currently in discussion amongst the relevant parties to seek agreement otherwise it will have to return to court. The other hold over issues relate to M2 lender creditor status and entitlement to proceeds of third party claims

Have we got a list of which loans were M1 & M2 - does this judgement mean everything is effectively treated as M2?
