The updates made to loans are show in the scrolling section on the main page, however to actually read them means tracking down the loan, a bit time consuming. connectivelending any chance these could be hyperlinked to the relevant loan? Or another solution provided, maybe you could also consider putting a message on this forum to indicate an update is available to view. Edit for the benefit of others todays update is on the guitar loan

I read your message today (7th) and there is another update which is for the rolex due to complete yesterday to say they plan to renew.

Edit for the benefit of others todays update is on the guitar loan Took me a while to find the guitars loan. Had to go to "all loans" and scroll trough for descriptions. If you didn't post this I would never think that there might be an update on this one... I'd suggest connectivelending should consider sending an e-mail for any updates, like Ablrate does. There's definitely a need to improve the navigation. In "active loans", "completion date" is chronologised by the day of the month which is useless (so if can't make it right is better to delete the column). I go by "days active", which is helpful, but the system doesn't memorise it (i.e. reverts back to default as soon as you're out of that page) so you want to check the updates on overdue loans you have to go through a lengthy procedure to get the info.

My initial Edit was a link to the loan, pretty sure it would have worked but obviously in my case took me to my account and decided caution was needed. This is obviously going to be a major pain going forward unless they simplify seeing the updates.

Hi connectivelending , I have a problem when accessing your site via an Android tablet using the latest Chrome browser. Each time I log in the whole browser freezes for around a minute. It also freezes at other times when returning to the Dashboard page. The same thing happens with the Samsung browser, but the freeze is shorter. No issues when accessing via Windows on PC. Does anyone else have this issue?

Received the first update alert e-mail today. I hope everyone else have received the same.
So it's the first time the asset will be sold. I'm guessing because the loan is "underwritten" it shouldn't take long to receive the repayment. It will be interesting to watch the result.

Always a good sign when a platform solves a potential problem quickly. Presumably the obligation to sell at 'the best price' suggests the borrower gets any excess funds? Simply curiosity.

I guess that's the aim. Borrower is the last priority, but the possibility of them getting anything from redemption has to be explored. That's a normal pawnbroking procedure, I think. I happened to be in tranche 1 for this loan, so quite confident I'll get my capital+interest repaid, just interested to see how long it will take.
