No they are not and equally as bad they are not communicating - just like those garages when you buy a car with hidden faults. Not sending out the right signals if you've got a lot of money invested, small things can lead to big things when money is involved.
Has anyone had their bonus paid or not paid over the past 6 months ?

If you haven't already, I'd double check your bank account. I thought they hadn't paid me a referral bonus because I was expecting it to arrive in my SoMo account, whereas they actually just sent it by bank transfer without giving me any other notification that they were doing that.
Other thing to check is whether the person you referred fulfilled what they need to do in order for you to get the bonus. I believe they may have to invest more than £5k within a certain amount of time, so if they only invested £5k in that time period then I don't think you'd be eligible for the bonus.

The bonus has now been paid but it was a long way from hassle free. Your first point may be true for some and your second point is correct.
