There is nothing to buy since yesterday as the remaining 3 loans disappeared. So AC is now 'closed for business' to investors. Or a more charitable description is that MLA has 'zero depth' [Not 'dead' simply 'resting']

There has certainly been some availability if you have buying instructions on loans but it is never visible as it's taken up by existing instructions so never visible. Oh & there are 2 loans with avialibility currently, about £6k on one, & 88p on the other though it shows as £0 Not sure what MT means?

Same 5-7 usual suspect loans have been available to invest for a long time, 6 figure amounts, but they've finally all disappeared very recently, no idea where or how, I doubt it would be the MLA. So yes effectively empty for a while!

It's going to take a lot of new (not re-fi) loans to mop up investors' spare cash, but we wouldn't want origination at an imprudent rate. Discouraging lenders from further investment by reducing interest rates seems so far to have had little effect, possibly because people don't want to disturb their ISAs and can't be bothered with the transfer rigmarole, so they buy anything they can just to stay invested and diversified.
