Has anyone heard anything or received money from Huddle yet?
Apparently, they are currently funding loans in a European platform.
The poster person from Huddle is Miss K, COO of HC Group according to Linkedin.

There is an article here
Doesn't say much. At least no news for those in loans hoping for any news.

I'm still waiting for my £3.72 withdrawal to arrive to my bank account. Requested 360 days ago, shows on the website as withdrawn, phoned them twice last year, they said that there was a technical glitch and it will be resolved soon... I don't expect any remaining loans to be repaid, but still wish that one day my £3.72 will arrive to my bank account .

Nothing since 28th April last year and no repayments since a couple of weeks before that.

Huddle Update today:...
Dear Huddle Lender,
We're pleased to inform you that we have managed to receive a full capital redemption of your loan to A**** B**** S*** (UK) Ltd.
We expect to distribute this payment to you via your Huddle Lender Dashboard and also pay out any available balance on your Huddle account to your bank account saved on the system, by the end of this week.
Following the completion of this distribution, the loan will be marked as redeemed and no further payments will be made by the company.
Should you have any questions on this loan, please email them to support@rebuildingsociety.com
Why are you receiving this message?
You are a registered lender on Huddle Capital and have an outstanding balance due to you from A**** B**** S*** (UK) Ltd. Huddle Capital was an appointed representative of rebuildingsociety.com Ltd, however since December 2020 Huddle has been in wind down. As the Principal, rebuildingsociety.com are overseeing the wind down of the existing loans on the Huddle platform.
If you have outstanding balances on other loans
If you have outstanding balances on other loans on Huddle, we are actively pursuing these through legal routes and hope to provide you with an update on the progress of these loans in due course.
Kind Regards,
Kylie-Jo Greeff
Compliance Manager http://www.rebuildingsociety.com

As the Principal, rebuildingsociety.com are overseeing the wind down of the existing loans on the Huddle platform. Well that message got lost in the transmission several years ago given they were supposedly "restructuring both the company and the website to improve not only the user experience but also the customer interaction and will be adopting world class platform technology" So as their Principal Rebs allowed the platform to put out a totally bogus communication because it was well know that the FCA had put restrictions on Rebs AR business which was the real reason all their AR stopped operating. Ironically this info comes on the same day as p2pfinancenews.co.uk/2023/06/16/fca-puts-restrictions-on-10-principals-as-part-of-ar-crackdown/ highlighting that Rebs role in working with the FCA on new AR rules. Looks like a bit of a joke given how poor Rebs were with Huddle Perhaps Rebs could comment on the fact I still have a loan on the platform that has been maturing soon since 2019 but where the borrower was dissolved years ago.

I received the same email about 100092, was hopeful, but will be nothing for me. I found I sold out on the secondary market in 2019. no great incite just sold to put money elsewhere.

This e-mail came as a surprise... I didn't think there will be any further recoveries or distributions. Am I reading this right - I don't need to request a withdrawal, they will automatically send it to my bank account?

My investment with HC was very small, but successful. Current XIRR is 12.7%, if no more recoveries come it will be 8.93%.

My investment with HC was very small, but successful. Likewise - to say nothing of their ridiculous 25% cashback promotion. I thought i'd gotten my XIRR calculation wrong!

I remember they offered this bonus at the beginning, but I didn't go for it, I decided to wait and sign up for HC later when there was some feedback from investors who joined at the start. I think there was also a minimum investment requirement to get this bonus, probably too much for my budget and risk averseness???
