Quote from Q&A 17th Dec 2014 at 10:27: "We did have accounts for 2012 and 2013 which confirmed profitability however we now also have accountants letter giving additional background. Both have been uploaded to the documents section." Does anyone know if they've been removed or if they're just playing hide and seek?

More of a general question to davidricketts about forthcoming loans: Will we get an email if our target investment is positive and the loan will hit the secondary market within 48 hours? I ask because most of us won't have the sums we are targetting hanging around in our cash account, and we need 24-48 hours to get the money transferred. If we don't get this notification, then our investment targets on forthcoming loans are a waste of time. It would then all come down to a mad scramble, with the "winners" being those who happened to log on and discover the loan had gone live. By the way, who is davidricketts1 ? Different from davidricketts ?

He's a spl 1t personality. Oh, and I too hope I get around 48 hours (+) to get some cash in place, especially on loans <£200K, which will soon get swallowed when they go live.

That sounds like a question for chris rather than me. If you're saying can you have 48 hours notice for drawdown then I can't currently do that with an email (although I think it could be done) but I can give 3 - 5 days notice of a new drawdown on the website.
What I will say is that I'm going to try and put drawdown updates on more frequently and these will now be under Recent Activity (chris and I have discussed and agreed that the Drawdown Tab isn't being used as it was intended) and as it disappears on drawdown and there has been useful info on there then using Recent Activity enables this info to remain visible for all.
