Sorry, folks. New to all this and not sure who to address it to. Administrator, I presume?
Just wondering why AE doesn't (as far as I can tell) have it's own board on here? As someone who is debating whether to start investing there I would love to read feedback and experiences from people who've been with it for a while, and ask all the simple questions that newbies typically have.
There is, I hasten to add, a section on AE in the general discussion area but there's little in the way of regular activity. Perhaps a stand alone board would encourage a bit more chatter?

I don't particularly disagree, but where would you put it? It's not p2x. Nor is it equity, although it's a bit equity-like (shares in properties). There are other sites which are closer to p2x (Triodos Crowdfunding, Ethex, Downing Crowdfunding to an extent) which don't have boards.
Having said that, WiseAlpha, which is not remotely like p2x, does have a board under "more p2x sites". Go figure.

Until just now I'd paid no attention to the "Equities" board, assuming it to be for the likes of Syndicate Room in which I have no interest. But, having looked at what else is there, Assetz Exchange would fit perfectly well.

AIUI It's P2P. They are technically mostly loans paying interest. It operates under P2P permissions with the slight twist that lenders can benefit from some capital growth but potentially capped to comply with HMRC rules. They weren't shares but loan lots originally though now it's not obvious.(That at least was how it was explained to me by the boss when it started)

I guess you maybe referring to this thread, currently 14pages long, Titled "Assetz Exchange: The Future of Buy-to-Let"
If we notice a lot of use by different Users of such a thread, it's likely that it will get it's own board at some point. Having said that, so many p2p's have gone to the wall we may move a load of the remaining minnows "up" to fill the space ... No promises.
