DFL004 now in the pipeline. 60k already on the SM if you want it "We are amalgamating PBL60 and PBL61 into a new loan and providing them with development finance to complete the build. I have £100 for sale in 60, with about £7k ahead of me in the queue. What happens if PBL60 gets rolled over into the new loan before my £100 gets sold?

I assume SS would count it the same as if you cancelled the sale with regards the interest but that is something that you would have to confirm with them. I doubt it will be an issue as I would expect these loans to have largely disappeared form the SM by launch time as PBL25 did

The DFL - A******** on the Pipeline has just had a serious reduction of value... £16,000,000 > £13,300,000 No change of loan value ATM... Valuation report has appeared (I don't think it was there before).

Quick question about roll-over -
I have £500 in each of these 2 loans. When they roll-over and merge I will have £1000 in the new DFL. I don't want any more than that so should I set pre-funding to zero or will that imply that I don't want this loan anymore and have my £1000 repaid?
I am trying to clarify whether roll-over loans always have the amount you hold rolled-over and that it is up to you to sell it later (or before the roll-over) if you don't want it. Does a pre-fund of zero just mean you don't want anymore of the loan?
Thanks

Set your pre-fund to zero if you don't want any additional allocation. Existing parts are rolled over regardless of your prefund setting

Thanks There is no opt out from previous loans when a rollover occurs (there was some suggestion that an e-mail to SS would do the trick, but that has been attempted by some investors to no avail). If you set your pre-funding to 0 then your total investment in this new DFL will total your previous investment. If you do set a pre-fund figure, then you will increase your investment in this new DFL.

Set your pre-fund to zero if you don't want any additional allocation. Existing parts are rolled over regardless of your prefund setting And I suspect anything on the market will be "bought" by SS prior to roll-over. So... If you want to increase, pre-fund as much as you want (allowing for gaming). If you want to stay still, pre-fund zero. If you want to reduce, pre-fund zero and put the excess for sale.

If that is the case, then opt out is via the SM... Interesting. I've placed £20 of PBL60 on the SM to test the theory out (if the loan does go live today )

I flipped my pre-funding down to zero after the 9 loans as it was such a farce with the new rules about not being able to sell recently purchased loans and the SM was jammed up
Are people generally using the pre-funding still? Do you just put new money in or are you selling to cover pre fund? if selling, have you found the SM ease up now?
Also, 'roll-overs' seem to have passed me by - how do they work (I like the Lottery ones more) - how do I know which ones are going to do this and when?

I've been selling loans on the SM before a loan goes live, and any exess I will sell some better-looking loans. The SM is liquid, but only for the better loooking loans. Roll overs are when an exsisting loan is rolled into a new loan (a PBL becomes a DFL). It's automatic, but you can opt out by placing the amount from the old loan on the SM (SS buys this just before the new loan goes live). The best way to know if a loan is being rolled on, is just to keep an eye on the updates (and this forum )

I thought they all were developments anyway?

I thought they all were developments anyway? They turn from a "Property Bridging Loan" to a "Development Finance Loan". The PBLs are meant to be a short-term finance for the borrower before they find longer term finance. DFL is finance throughout the development of the security and is generally longer than PBLs.
