It seems that both these new pipeline loans are connected (via S***** A*** - his name is on the Cornwall VR, and he is the director of the company mentioned on the Birmingham VR) Same surname listed as the 2015 planning permission applicant on the Brum property. Looks like he's an ex-director of that company, and probably father to the Cornish borrower. Some of the son's other directorships would tally with the vehicles in the drive of the property, I suspect. Lots of fingers in lots of pies. And when you get towards the end of the list on CoHouse... Lots and LOTS of dissolved, and some interesting names.

It does seem that the father (or family member) actually lives at the Brum property (via information on CH - search the address). You know... I very much doubt our borrower is paying c1.2m to purchase this property from his father/ family member.

I'm having second thoughts about this one. I'm not... My mind's firmly made up. Not that I think it'll actually happen.

cooee! savingstream Typical that they go all uncharacteristically restrained... awk , if you want to pm me your contact info, NI number and bank details (for identification purposes) I'll pop a bar in the post when SS confirm that they won't honour their side of the deal!!! (not that I'm trying to wriggle out of it or anything) oh, and dovap , nice try, but the stewards enquiry verdict was summed up by adrianc quite nicely. Hi pepperpot - how exciting, I never win anything easiest if you just drop it in at work, I'll let reception know to expect you the address is; 182 Bishopsgate

Has anybody else noticed that the pipeline page no longer shows the status (1, 2, 3)? I think it is a good idea as that was never a real indication of when a loan was approaching launch. Another source of potentially misleading information removed.

I was looking at the Tunbridge Wells loan. Is it clear in your heads which property in the pictures will secure this loan? - White with pink letters
- The one with the green banner which looks to continue upstairs.
- Both
I cannot avoid feeling that both these buildings are just a frame with lots of glass. Will they do a solid security for a loan?

(Hey, savingstream - there's no column divider between the LTV column and the ValDoc column now... Or between Loan amount and Annual Rate on the Available page. You might like to do a bit of beta testing...)

The two cells are just running together, no visible divider line between them. But, doing some quick checking - it's only an issue on Firefox on this Mac. It's OK on Chrome/Mac; Safari/Mac; FF/Ubuntu; Chromium/Ubuntu.
