"One of his Companies has a net worth of £11.56". ...and he's got to "move quickly" to stop being gazumped - yet it's been on the market since February 2013, with three agents having a crack, and has only come down by 7.5% in that time? Hmm... I'm assuming the applicant is C********r N**l B*****n from a director search - so the £11.56 figure does have an M behind it... 100% ownership of G*****y I********t G***p <looks at pics> "Previously let to a footballer". Colour me unsurprised.

"One of his Companies has a net worth of £11.56". Tell him I'll give him a couple of fivers for it, not the fancy new ones!

According to Wikipedia it's got a population of £3,500. But it's a wealthy area - part of the Cheshire Golden Triangle.

That DFL number has already been used - for Liverpool on 28th October.....
(obviously not the redevelopment of the whole of Liverpool - that would be a massive P2P loan ...)

And they've even issued the go-live - tomorrow Thursday 17th - email for it with the wrong number! Hopefully they'll get it fixed before it does go live or the SM could get very confusing

Will PBL119 be repaid before funds for DFL008/9 are taken?
I've not had a roll-over email.

I've worked fairly hard on the SM to bring my holding in PBL119 up to where I want it, after a very small allocation. Now it's going to be repaid, and I'll get another very small allocation instead... With the state of the SM, there's little worth spending it on. With the state of the pipeline, there's little to hold it back for. So... guess I'll be trying out the withdrawal for the first time.

I would favour a similar scheme to that offered by MT. A tick box to be completed 24hrs before the launch to opt in or out rolling over the investment to the new loan. LW

+1 .. and while we're at it, to consolidate all your holdings into one new part too.
