They leaked some time ago. In fact the leak has already dried out.

Is it my imagination or have a few loans leaked out the pipeline? I could have sworn there were a few more in the other day? To echo the sentiments of others above, I'd welcome a bit more info in the pipeline section. I'd like to think that if a loan were mature enough to enter the pipeline, that there would be some documents to view to build prefunding support. This current lot have been visible for at least a week maybe longer ( yes an entry date would be good idea too!) and no sign of paperwork to whet our appetites let alone a target launch date. LW Plenty going on in the background, a few are instructed with lawyers. Waiting for valuations to come in before we put info up on the platform. Had another few agreed today, pipeline looking very healthy.

Development site with outline planning, Shropshire now has a valuation document.
Appendix 1 instructions given by .............. Googling the name doesn't give a good response. More information on who gave instructions would be appreciated.

Did anyone notice that their prefunding for the Shropshire loan was zeroed? Was just looking a couple of minutes ago and mine was at my default level.

Did anyone notice that their prefunding for the Shropshire loan was zeroed? Was just looking a couple of minutes ago and mine was at my default level. My default is 0 but I put a value on each individually. Only this one was changed back to 0.

My pre-fund had been zeroed on this one too. None of the others affected.
I wasn't using the default option.

I think the loan value on that one has been increased so presumably everyone's pre-funding was reset to their default at the same time.

I think there might be a more urgent issue about this loan. I suggest everyone to zero their prefund on this one until we get some clarification from SS.
