Did anyone notice that their prefunding for the Shropshire loan was zeroed? I think the loan value on that one has been increased so presumably everyone's pre-funding was reset to their default at the same time. On my records the "Petrol Station £650,000 £455,000 70%" has disappeared from position 4 above the Farm, and Shropshire land is new in position 5. Paulg, when did you last check the pipeline? I am asking because at one point there were 7 loans there and two dropped out a few days ago if I am not mistaken.

Jonno. That is the whole point. This is the appropriate time. The fact that you did not get to see the documents does not mean that we who have seen them cannot comment on them. If you want a copy of the documents contact SS. No. If SS withdrew the documents after what must have been a very short time, they will reissue them with the info ALL lenders will need with enough time to properly review them. Then, if you feel there are still issues that need clarification re either what is or isn't included, you will have ample time to ask all the questions you want. Yes, that is your opinion.

Really not worth having a bun fight over what are now non existent documents. Those that are re- issued/issued will be the only content for relevant discussion.

I don't think there's any point in asking SS for a copy of the withdrawn documents. If SS withdrew them, it's because they didn't want them to be seen, so I can't imagine they'd send a copy to anybody. jonno: My question is why savingstream withdrew the documents. And since that has happened already ISTM that this is an appropriate time to ask the question.

After the number of pipeline loans dropped from 7 to 5 and I couldn't remember which ones had gone (it's an age thing  ) I copied the remaining 5 pipeline loans (one of which the petrol station) into a spreadsheet. I couldn't swear when the changes happened, but there were certainly no docs there last night, and it explains why everyone's pre-fund changed to default on the last loan - because it's actually a new one.

Plenty going on in the background, a few are instructed with lawyers. Waiting for valuations to come in before we put info up on the platform. Had another few agreed today, pipeline looking very healthy. With the last general update being on the 23rd October 2015, do you now have a general idea, the sequence and dates, when each particular pipeline loan will come 'on stream' for funding? You have given out this information before and if you could do that again please, that would again be helpful to all of us. Thank you.

Am quite happy to wait if it means only much better quality loans come through SS. IF it takes a while longer & means discarding a lot of other rubbish that comes along your way, so be it. That is better than losing money on hastily accepted loans for the sake of keeping a busy conveyor belt going. SS have always had these famine/feast period scanarios but the average put through is better than many other platforms.
