I can only see 8 loans on pipeline. Where is the 9th that is mentioned above?
Edit: OK found it.
SS please note. If I use the view all button all loans on pipeline show up. If I use the 2nd page button, the page keeps reloading without showing any loans.

OK. So they are paying PBL59 and getting this loan - but PBL59 was first charge, why is this second charge?

It has gone 16.00 hrs today , - the usual start date for loan bids so I presume no move on PBL068 will happen today then??? The information vacuum does make planning very difficult. I sold my PBL059 earlier on. ilmoro: can you please check this (PBL59 repaying back or not) and update the list? Cheers. Edit: OK so who bought my PBL59  - - - - - -I want it back. . . .  Edit 2: On a more serious tone - quoting from SS email: "PBL059 - Student Halls, Liverpool 140 units have been sold. Exchanges are due to take place before the end of the year, with completion by the end of March 2016. The property was recently revalued at £8.5 million. Lendy Ltd will offer the borrower a further tranche of £2 million, secured on a second charge behind this existing loan. " |

Don't know if this has been mentioned anywhere else, but I've just spotted yet another pipeline loan bringing them back up to 9. Another Farm, circa £365k, 65% LTV no docs yet. Looks like it could be a busy month or an eventful start to the New Year . |
