Do we think they'll need CB incentive on this one?! It's rather hard to tell, isn't it? Today's three loans had combined pre-funding of nearly £11M, but there's no way to know how much of that was genuine and how much resulted from people inflating their requests in an attempt to be allocated what they really wanted.

This large loan is no longer in the pipeline.

The usual reason loans disappear from the pipeline is that something crops up during the legal process that means either the borrower or SS do not wish to proceed with the loan application.

So, 1x 6M has left the pipeline, but around 7m spread over 6 loans has joined it. From a diversity perspective (assuming that these loans aren't linked) that seems a fair swap to me. Long may the continuation of new* loans continue.
*maintaining or improving on the quality of course.

How can I tell when a pipeline loan is to be launched? or at least an estimated guide for expected launch?

I think you can sign up for a text message. You get an e-mail as well at the time of launch.

Look for a PBL # added to the name title - can't really guarantee if it'll be within a day or a few, but you know it'll be next Edit - and when spotted people usually comment here (so please do likewise)

Recent e-mails/texts, when they have actually been sent, have been appearing after the launch, when all the loan has gone, and the scrum-down has commenced.

Various updates: There is a new tab on some of the loans, detailing part of what has historically been in the loan particulars document. I hope that this is an addition to, not replacement of, that document. - The 2nd tranche of student halls in Liverpool has a map, particulars and an updated valuation document.
- The IoW hotel now has particulars added, a map but no doc's yet.
- The marina now has some particulars added, but only some. No doc's yet.
So purely based on those, I would suggest those are likely to be live sooner than some of the others. No loan has recently gone live without a valuation and loan particulars document, so if the new approach is the tab for the loan doc, in theory the first bullet above could go live at any point!

Although I think the Hull docs were added before those for yesterday's live ones were so doesn't always follow At the end of the day we're usually waiting on solicitors who (in my experience) rarely seem to want to meet targets....

Yesterday I posted that I hadn't received an email announcing new loan go live. I found it today in my Junk folder. When I purchase/ sell the notification goes to junk folder also however, confirmation of funds deposited goes to my regular IN box. Really not sure why some SS Mail goes to In box whilst other goes to junk.

The Hull ones have been there for a while. I agree that there is no science here, more of a 'black' art. My latest theory is that the loan particulars are a more important indication of being ready than the valuation document being uploaded, but as I've proven on other threads I can be very wrong.
