Umm, the link behind the word "link" takes you straight to the borrower's own website. Hovering the mouse above the link will show the URL, which is also the borrower's trading name, in the bottom bar of most browsers. I can't see a link maybe iOS is restricted or maybe beer goggles restrict my view It was removed. Edit: I have an idea. Instead of removing these links we should keep them and charge the business an advertising fee like product placement in films.

Ablender/dovap - the fact that SS choose to make names publicly available doesn't matter to the administrators' policy on this forum. That logic makes a lot of sense - SS might decide to put the cat back in the bag, and that would lead to a lot of retrospective editing. B'sides, it's not really fair on the admins to expect them to keep track of which platforms do and don't give ways for non-logged-in users to identify borrowers. Even where they don't, some public information makes it easy to guess, some doesn't - which raises the spectre of "jigsaw identification". p2pindependentforum.com/thread/3877/borrower-namesIf noh had just said that their website contained pricing and information on the security standards etc, then there wouldn't have been any issue. It's not hard to find by googling the address.

What I was thinking is that if the borrower already has his own website available for the public to see - somehow I cannot see why we cannot refer to it. After all this is a forum and a forum's purpose is to look at evidence and discuss.

My apologies for the link to the website. My purpose in posting it was to try and answer the question of how the storage site achieves an income of £40k a month. Not an excuse but it was my first post to this board.
I joined Saving Stream on Monday and the pipeline loan in question caught my interest as the site is local to me.

With regard to the storage site, SS give a value of £7.3m. However a quoted housebuilding company has (or proposes to acquire) an option to purchase the site for £7m. How does that affect SS's ability to realise the security in the event of a default?

How does that affect SS's ability to realise the security in the event of a default? I read it as the housebuilder has offered an option to purchase the site but the current owner has not accepted that offer.

Tracking down web sites, if I've found the right ones, they have 300 vehicles stored on site. That alone would generate a large proportion of the indicated income.

Plus a number of storage containers at at least £100 month each.

The name of the person mentioned on the valuation documents and the owner of the storage site you have found are the same

There's now an extra "Stage" column in Pipeline Loans that I've not spotted before:
PIPELINE LOAN STAGES 1 Solicitors Instructed 2 Replies to Enquiries Received 3 Report on Title Received
However all 11 current pipeline loans are indicating Stage 1 so, unless populating this field is still work-in-progress, it looks like chances of another pre-Xmas launch are slim.

I was wondering why the pipe had gone up from c£16m to c£18m, looks like the london flat (previously a small second charge) might be taking out the first charge holder with a full loan.

Interesting, I adjusted my pre-funding accordingly. Just a stupid question, re the stages, do they add up from 1 to 3 or are they in descending order (countdown) with regard to priority? (1,2,3 or 3,2,1)

(1,2,3 or 3,2,1) 1, 2, 3 (the solicitors make the necessary legal enquiries and confirm Title)
