On logging in to LW I was required to complete the 'Appropriateness Test', even though that is now completely redundant . After doing so correctly and then choosing which account I wanted to view, the Account Summary was greyed out and overlaid with the same popup requiring me to take the test. I completed the test again with the same result. The tab for feedback offered the correct screen but would not accept any input. I crashed out by closing the window.
We logged on to my wife's account and completed the test. This appeared to work and she was able to access her Classic Account however, on switching to her ISA account she was required again to complete the test.
I hope LW monitor this forum!
I had the same. Completed the test to get to "which account" and the same test again followed. I was a bit worried, but after the second test I was allowed in and made my regular withdrawal. I found it a little bit odd. On some other platforms you could still view your profile and do everything you need to do, except investing. I don't think they should be asking to complete the test in exchange for viewing your account or making a withdrawal. What about the investors who quit p2p long time ago and just trying to collect the recoveries, why should they need to pretend to be in any of the categories listed? I don't know if it is coming from FCA or a just a local interpretation, but don't think it is an appropriate measure to take. Had to do "appropriateness test" again today in order to view my account... the bug is still there.
