Now got a code and completed registering the account. Oddly the bank details for the deposit have my full name rather than say Nester Ltd - did other people get the same ? Yes. Welcome to the nest. (dose this make us a twit or a fledgling) If I understand the funds are held off platform in the account ( bank ) until utilized.Worth a bit of time reading on the platform website. Its got some Quirks like slowest fingers bidding may be the way forward ect.

I can see there are 5 deals with availability on Nester with a large variation in LTV, but no information regarding what the rates are without registering. Can anyone give some idea of the range on these please.

They range from 6.6 to 8.0% return, from 2 to 35 months term remaining and from 25 to 75% finance to value. Most are in or around London but Dudley and Bradford are representing the rest of the UK. Four residential, two commercial.

Do the loans repay only interest every month or capital + interest ?

Do the loans repay only interest every month or capital + interest ? Just interest, capital gets returned at the end of the loan, so you don't get the same uptick in rates that you do on the Qardus loans

Interest rates on Nester, are they good enough ??
I know this is very subjective depending on your risk appetite but I am on the fence on if they are really good enough, would be good to get other views.

I know this is very subjective depending on your risk appetite but I am on the fence on if they are really good enough, would be good to get other views. I would rather ask the question "Are the loans secure enough to justify interest rates at this level". The rates are quite good enough (for me at least) if the security is good. Several platforms have offered better rates but losses soon wipe out any benefit. Unfortunately we will not know the answer for years. Q seems a much better bet.
