With all the platforms closures/collapses/explosive detonations I'm perhaps surprisingly staying in P2P albeit with a lower exposure.
I used to have a platform limit of 10% of P2P pot, which I'm nowhere close to anymore. Ideally I would like to add some platform diversification back into the mix!
Currently: Assetz 24% Kuflink 19% Crowd Property 19% Loanpad 18% Abundance 12% Unbolted 10% and the dead zone Lending Works 8% Moneything 6% Lendy 3%
I plan to add to Unbolted and try out Elfin, any suggestions of where else I've overlooked?
Unfortunately the likes of Proplend / Somo and others appear to be out as I can't stretch to £1k+ on minimum loan amounts!

No need to add Unbolted since you're already in it 🤣.
If you like Unbolted, how about Connective Lending. They are similar types of loans (i.e. pawn), but there's no Autoinvest. They have 3 risk Tranche, so you can choose your risk level. Only £25 minimum per loan.
Another possibility would be Qardus. They have £100 minimums, but are much higher risk as they are essentially unsecured business loans. They were my top performer last year, but obviously no guarantee of the future.

Maybe Assetz Exchange??? no /low minimum in, but a preferred min withdrawal, also more of a long game thing. Plenty of info on here and financial thing (u tube) has an interview video (worth a watch).

Tranche A is probably the safest 6-7% investment you could make anywhere and no development risk. Even if the loan defaulted and returned 43% of the valuation you still wouldn't lose any capital. Not to mention their previous 5 year record. This is not advice!

I think you may have missed jester's last sentence.

Ace thanks again, I'm ADDING TO Unbolted, rather than ADDING Unbolted I keep meaning to have a look at Connective Lending but then the lack of Autoinvest keeps putting me off bothering, that and the links to FS! Qardus is interesting as I have limited exposure to business loans but it would probably only be a small dabble at this point. dave4 Assetz Exchange are on my radar but after being burnt by britishpearl and Property Partner barely breaking even I'm a bit disillusioned with crowd funded property ownership! overthehill Proplend would be very high on my list if I could afford to play, I assume the minimum loan size is still £1000?? That's unfortunately beyond my comfort level!

Just a quick technical comment here. Assetz Exchange are not a crowdfunded property ownership platform, we are a P2P platform where investors make a loan to a standalone company that purchases the property. Investors do however retain control over the property and get to vote on any meaningful decision that is made. If the property is sold, investors can also benefit from any capital appreciation. None of the properties on the platform are leveraged (outside of the investor loans that were made to purchase the property initially). There are no mortgages - something that may have caused issues for some of the other platforms.

Minimum investment is £10 per loan, but the loan flow is also very slow. I know it's not a very popular platform, but survived Covid and my annual return on Rebs has always been at above 10% (11.56% at the moment). I've been investing a small amount into almost every loan for nearly 5 years and it seems to work for me so far. EDIT: Just done my Rebs XIRR, it's 12.48%.

I didn't get any e-mail about it and can't see anything of the kind on the website.

Thank you! Just done the survey, at the end it says that there were 4 participants so far. Looks like I might win a tenner and will report here if I do I thought some of the drop down answer options were too prescriptive.
