Did anyone receive notice on this new funded M......er Mixed Use now listed in Funding ? i received nothing

I was given a chunk through auto-lend but it is the second time I have not been told about Traches B or C being funded. I dont think these can be funded through auto lend so not sure how people heard.

Seeing this thread I logged into the website and I seem to have got £1,000 as well BUT dashboard does not reflect the allocation as cash / pending figures unchanged

I was playing with the website just last night to see if there were any upcoming loans and there were definitely non being offered for funded via self select. Can’t say I’m too impressed with this. I have one account and my wife has two,… neither of us across our three accounts have been given a slice of the loan… hmmm

Hello, I have just joined the forum to comment on this thread.
I am a 'Self-select' investor because I don't like to have unallocated money sitting around on Proplend for an indeterminate amount of time.
I asked Proplend Admin what happened to the B tranche and was told it was all funded off platform. I am not happy that it wasn't offered to Proplend investors .. thoughts please?

This is a note to confirm that you have made the following Investment through AutoLend Always On.
Loan Name: Manchester Mixed Use
Tranche: Tranche A
The balance of Available Funds on your account is now bla bla bla ect, if below 1K add funds ect".

That must have happened for Trache C of the other loan recently offered and I am not impressed. I know they are highly regarded on this site but it looks as if they are another site using P2P investors to mop up anything that institutional investors dont want.

Yes, with adequate funds in the accounts for a loan OK, seems like it was limited autolend only

I am not happy that it wasn't offered to Proplend investors .. thoughts please? it seems due to the low amount of loan available it was autolend only for tranche A with B funded offline... has happened before before and with several similar sized loans in the pipeline likely to happen again...Case for smaller minimum investment amount is stronger than ever.

Mine is from as ISA with funds already held at PropLend
Do not recall seeing any emails and logged into my email server dashboard and last failed email from anyone was 11th Jan so perhaps they did not email lenders at all ?
