We are making some minor changes to our investor terms and conditions including the ability for investors to request an increase to their Premium Account limit. For your ease of review, there are changes to clauses 5.1 - 5.4 - 10.1 - 18.1.1 -18.1.2 - 21.1 and 21.3 and a new clause inserted at 10.2. In addition, we have made a minor change to clause 22.3 of the ISA terms and conditions which updates the reference to our privacy policy. The updated terms are here: loanpad.com/investor-terms?vgo_ee=l6kJXIMZd8F85P%2BrDoENQEzkASpiHornD%2Fz2wZTd1jg%3D Having looked through I cant see anything that looks out of the ordinary. 5.1-4 looks like ensuring you have a UK bank account 10.1 are about maximum limits for investment and 10.2 says they can let you have more 18.1.1-2 makes sure you are following 5.1-4 above 21.1-3 is about data protection. I am not an expert on this in anyway but I think the changes are very straightforward. Please tell me if I am wrong.
