I was going to do a poll but felt it would be too impractical after some thought! Just for fun, being a film buff myself, what movie(s) have you seen recently over the last 12 months, cinema or otherwise, that you thought were really enjoyable, be it funny, poignant, action-filled, or whatever reason you want to include? I'll start off with Boxtrolls

The Imitation Game, poignant, a topic I have always had an interest in, and Keira Knightley is in it. What more could you want.

The Imitation Game Across The Universe. (a bit like Mamma Mia but with Beatles songs sung by the actors) Argo Testament Of Youth The Theory Of Everything all in good taste with very little bad language or violence. ALL far better than 95% of the brain dreading rubbish currently on television. There, I feel much better now ?

The imitation game .. Excellent. Paddington .. Good, but not the real bear, with more than a dash of 101 dalmations and slapstick.
Will probably go see theory of everything, when imitation game has worn off a bit .. Too many disabled savants!! Yeah, just watched beautiful mind on DVD. 8>.

On a more serious note....Fahrenheit 911. It never seizes to amaze how populations can elect such representative governments in the first place!

Fish Tank is the most memorable film for me in the last 5 years. Happy Go Lucky is the most joyous film I ever saw.
