Does anyone know the order of the next loans to go live excluding the recent Leic* loan. Worcester Land with Planning is going live at the beginning of April.

Thanks, closer to useful information than Proplend provides but not reliable as there are other loans that have the documents ready to go. I wish they would notify the users before they run the Always On Autolend, how hard is it ? It is discrimination against investors who want the option to opt out before investing, I'm sure the FCA would approve. I don't care if I have to keep turning Always On Autolend on and off.

i asked them specifically about Worcester 2 weeks ago and they said it is going to be launched beginning of April. The other big loans expected to be launched next month, time frame unknown. Yeah there are some loans with all docs prepped, I assume DD is still being carried out on those along with other legal admin.

Several new loans added to the pipeline today. A few of them fairly substantial.

Does anyone know the next loan ?
I'm getting seriously hacked off with all the secrecy (lack of communication) about the next loan. I don't like autolend especially blind autolend with a high minimum investment.
There should be a way to skip the next loan in autolend without reducing your balance is 0 and risk losing out on the next loan because you don't know what it is.
At the moment, full time investors in autolend are being given preferential treatment which is Proplend's prerogative but it has caused my portfolio to shrink by 60%.

I get what you saying about being out of the loop regarding the next loan. I know the B...In..Refinance is late Sept. Have you contacted them direct? They are forthcoming when i ask what loans are next.

Hardly practical and should be unnecessary! C Q M U Refinance due to be launched next week. Smallest upcoming loan, so not much chance of a slice.

Investing in PL was previously simple and straightforward: there was a pre-announced launch day and time for each specific loan and, upon launch, you could invest whichever amount you felt comfortable with.
PL have made a complete pig's ear with the AutoLend malarkey.
It's too much headache than it's worth, for allocations that are usually small. Not worth all the time and grief.

And to compound that, if the existing lenders can rollover loans from the old loan to the new refinance loan then there'll be even less! In fact, since the new refinance loan is smaller than the original loan, I wonder what happens if all the existing lenders request rollover - someone will have to lose out.

I agree that there's been a detrimental effect on lenders, but from Proplend's perspective it may be that managing the filling of new loans is easier. Otherwise, there can't really be much point in introducing the changes to Auto-Lend. Certainly, it allows Proplend to know, from the total amount sitting in the cash accounts of Always-On lenders, how much of any loan will be filled automatically. As I've said before, Proplend doesn't seem to want lenders who pick and choose their loans - they want lenders who'll treat Proplend as a "black box" investment, feeding it cash and trusting Proplend's judgement.

I lost out in the latest rollover but expected to. Tranche B was significantly less than the original resulting in it being oversubscribed.
