Does anyone have the slightest clue what the next loan to be offered will be please? I want to know wether, or not I should fund my account in preparation. I assume you're an 'Always-On' lender wanting to know when to deposit £1,000 in your cash account? Experience shows that it's difficult to predict when the allocation for 'Always-On' lenders for a new loan will take place. It's clear that Proplend want 'Always-On' lenders to always maintain a balance of £1,000+ in their accounts and to take whatever loan is offered. However, if you're reluctant to keep £1,000 in your account (essentially interest-free), there is the option, introduced earlier this year, for 'Always-On' lenders to invest in the tranches which are offered after the 'Always-On' allocation has completed - you're allowed to take a slice of Tranche A provided that you've not already been allocated a slice. Although smaller loans (less than £300k?) may have had the Tranche A fully filled by the 'Always-On' allocation, larger loans might offer the opportunity to invest. For example, you've missed the Acton loan's 'Always-On' Tranche A allocation which took place on Monday afternoon, but you have a chance of getting a slice using the Auto-Lend Self-Select option on the Proplend web-site - you have until 17:30 on Wednesday to deposit funds. As an 'Always-On' lender, you can also invest in any Tranche B or C if they are available and you accept the higher risks, but remember that you're competing with the other 'Self-Select' lenders.

Thank you for your responses to my question regarding the next loan. Yes I am generally an always on investor, albeit a reluctant one. I do try to pre empt the potential for particular loans that I have an interest in coming to market, and fund my account in order to invest in those. I have however been caught out occasionally and become invested into loans that I would not otherwise have invested in. I guess others are in a similar position. Regards

does anyone know the next loan ? After the [Acton] loan was released today, I'd guess it'll be Hackney M*** U***, though with a low degree of confidence because it's been waiting for so long. Update: D'oh! It was, of course, the Stratford-upon-Avon loan that was released yesterday afternoon. The Acton loan is currently wandering somewhere in the darkness waiting for further funding but not listed in either 'In Funding' or 'Waiting to Close'.

Now it's Whitley Bay that has queue jumped!

If you're referring to the Kidderminster H*** loan which was due to be redeemed by 23-Oct, it is expected to be refinanced by Kidderminster M*** U*** imminently (" within the next ten days" on 10-Nov!) with the Kidderminster H*** loan repaid " by the beginning of December". Obviously, the whole process has been delayed. See uksoul's post on 13-Nov - there'll be no rollover.

Anyone know if Kidderminster Mixed Use will be rolled over? A rollover for Kidderminster is now in place with it going into regular funding this Friday. Admin informed me earlier there was no rollover due to the change in the asset but have now decided otherwise.

Next loan, anyone, what and when? A couple of the new loans were due to be launched last week. They have been delayed while last min legal issues are sorted. The next loan launch is unknown at the moment, I was informed.
