John Glen MP has refused to authorise an Independent Review of the FCA with regards to the regulatory failure we have experienced.
As such we now require a lawyer or someone with legal experience to draft a new legally worded letter to John Glen MP, for the LAG FCA team to send. The letter will be specifically demonstrating regulatory failure only (ie not misconduct).
There are no funds available to engage an external lawyer and if we cannot get help from inside LAG, we will not be able to continue along this path with the government (the political campaign) in the hope of getting some compensation from them at some point in time.
If any lawyer or person with legal knowledge on here is willing to create this draft, please PM me or post on here.
We have a person who knows how we need to play this game and is willing to brief any volunteer willing to draft the letter.
