Once again we are being asked to vote on this one. I must admit my first reaction was "kill it" after all the delays and prevarication from the borrower. However having had a very nice lunch accompanied by excellent wine and simply sparkling company I have gone for the more benign choice. I feel certain come February I will regret my decision but never mind, just pour another glass.

I didn't find the email at first, I was thinking I'd not received it, as I'd only one in my Inbox thinking there must be two of them, but I find it by scrolling to the bottom of that email.
I'm allowing this delay. Option A.

The new vote was inevitable and predicted by many, as only very limited progress was going to be made over the holiday period. However importantly the last vote meant that there was a chance to consider what progress may have been made rather than AC having to move straight to action when the inevitable lack of completion came to fruition.
Option A, regardless of lack of lunchtime imbibing.

With the delays voting for B - there would still be more than adequate time for the borrower to complete as promised yet again but at least an LPA Receiver would be in place. Somehow, like last month, I feel another vote coming on next month with another promise of jam tomorrow.

Option A it is then! However I don't want to be screwed around any longer so for me this really is the "Last Chance Saloon". So if commitments are broken this time I for one will definitely vote LPA next time.

I wish AC would lift the restriction on this loan. I would be happy to buy additional units.
