its the new ISA year, so using the "cashier" tab you can transfer up to 20k into your tax free ISA from your Premium Standard but it says you will be charged a withdrawal fee, 20k transfer = £100 fee.
I used the chat facility to ask if there was a way of transferring without the fee? I left a message and within the hour a very helpful lady phoned me back, she told me if i did it now she would ensure the £100 fee was refunded.
I fired up my old PC and did the transfer from Standard Premium acc and got charged £100! ouch!
less than 24 hours later that £100 fee was refunded! top Banana!
