Anyone found where to download the interest statement for last year, am I thick!! You can see the interest by putting in the appropriate dates on the portfolio page, but if you want a statement showing bad debt, etc, you had to ask them for one last year.

If you want a 'proper' interest statement, if it's like last year you have to email Elfin and ask for one and they will send it to you.

I just asked this question of Elfin Market and it’s still by email request, although they did say they hoped to add it to the app as some stage.

I requested mine on the 7th and have had two ‘apologies for delay’ emails but not yet received it.
How long does it take to write a simple statement with a number we all already know?

Yes, just received my statement. So, three weeks to do a simple piece of coding. Interestingly, it’s the only place to see the breakdown of total interest less losses.

This is my first year with Elfin, at least it confirms the bad debts are already deducted from the interest added to the account each month. Both standard and ISA showing over 7% so cannot really complain.

It seems to be taking longer than usual to update the (your investments) page, mine is still showing a blank in all columbs.
Total Balance:
£
Total Amount Earned:
£
Overall Realised AER:
%
Percentage on Loan:
%
