Hi,
Like many of us here I've got some cash under the un-invested pot and having now waited for several months I have decided to put that cash into a different use.
The surprise is that I don't find the option to move that un-invested cash to my cash account in order to withdraw it. Am I blind? Or AC does not want me to withdraw this money?

Thanks, I believe your issue might be that you have not canceled your investment instruction. Once cancelled move funds to cash, then withdraw.

If the money is in the Cash Account find the "Manage Funds" button at the very top of the page next to your name, click it & a drop down appears with four options one being Withdraw
If the money is not in the cash Acc. where is it?

Hi, scroll down to "My Access Account Marketplace Instructions" (it's just above all your balances). Chances are your interest payments are queued for re-investment and have been so for months... and months...
You need to cancel these instructions before you can withdraw your spare cash.

Go into marketplace and sort the your instructions column. Just click on any amounts shown and it will show an option to delete.
