Final redemption. Looks at first sight like full return of capital plus a reasonable chunk of interest but it's hard to be sure. Can anyone else sort out the truth?

I know of the Water Park case personally rather than through the P2P, if we're talking about the right one, didn't the fraud get unearthed 10 years ago, how come its still trickling (pardon the pun) on?

The Site is located in Ashton Keynes village. Ashton Keynes is located on the border of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Is this the same one to which you refer?

Yes I do believe it is, the guy got sent to prison for 4 years back in 2011 for fraud, surely they didn't then manage a P2P loan that's gone balls up too

Yes I do believe it is, the guy got sent to prison for 4 years back in 2011 for fraud, surely they didn't then manage a P2P loan that's gone balls up too Well I would not call it "gone balls up". Capital returned in full and interest at an XIRR of 5.6% for me. This is lower than advertised due to the penal ISA charges.
