Hello Proplenders. Does anyone have any idea which loan will be next offered up, and when please?

You can see the next loans in Loans -> Pending, but I don't think any of them has a date set yet.
If you go to Auto-Lend -> Self Select and you set the slider for Self Select (the one on the right) to On, PropLend will send you an email when one of those loans is about to become available.
Turning Self Select On notifies you of new loans but does not commit you to invest, as that's a two-step process. When a loan becomes available you'll have to return to the Self Select screen to select the loan and pick a tranche and an investment amount, if you wish to invest in it.

Many thanks for taking the time to reply a0010402. I am aware of auto lend self select etc having been a long time investor and do get the emails from Proplend advising when a loan is due to become available ( and has already been allocated to Tranch A investors)… I was just wondering if anyone has insider info regarding the next loan, prior to Proplend filing Tranch A in order that I may consider, or otherwise turning on my always invest tab. Regards

If you drop them email they usually divulge what they know. You can usually work it by looking in the INFO tab, Bro* St* Y* is the only one with a loan request document, this loan is linked to the borrower of a recent loan and small. The other 5 loans appear some way off, not even a valuation document.

Perhaps Cotswolds Mixed will be the next loan since particulars have been posted.

Or perhaps it will be Staines Mixed Use at 4.9% as particulars have been posted. I can't find a way to set a minimum interest rate before bidding. Perhaps this loan won't be available for always on as "invested funds target return of 5% p.a. (after fees but before bad debt and taxes)"

According to yesterday's email from Proplend about the pay-back for Newbury O***, the next loan will be Pudsey O*** sometime next week, but no valuation or FLR are visible yet on the loan's entry in the 'Pending' list.

The Pudsey O*** has already appeared today with Always-On lenders having Tranche A funds allocated, so Self-Select lenders should be offered Tranche B next week. No indication yet of whether there'll be any Tranche A for Self-Select - Tranche A may have been filled already.
I always forget that when Proplend talk of the availability of a new loan, they are referring to Self-Select - loans for Always-On lenders are not "available" in their view because Always-On lenders are allocated (or not) whenever Proplend choose.
