i still think LP has a place in many peoples portfolio with it seems fair valuations and many lower 50% LTVs it will take a big shock before lenders lose out.i have stopped lending on the higher risk platforms like CP and KF who seem to be churning loan after loan now at 60/70% LTGDV and with many loans already extended after already being extended and late it is only a matter of time before the platforms will have to call a late loan a default.i cannot bring myself to keep lending when so many loan end dates are being extended willy nilly and not being called in after much forebearance to the borrowers.it is not in the best interests of lenders as we have found out in the past as platforms rush for growth brings in many higher risk borrowers/loans.
