Three long years since F/S entered administration. My grandson celebrated his first birthday on that day an his fourth today. He has made amazing progress while F/S has not. How long can this nonsense go on for, there must be an end?

I have fond memories of The Funding Secure Cheerleaders who doggedlyy supported & lauded FS' honesty & integrity, and wouldn't accept anything bad about them, even up until it was bloomin' obvious. Where are they now?

Where are they now? Easy answer is simply, "disappeared up their own backsides". Will no doubt one day reappear as huge stinking fart!

Reminds me that around a month they entered administration I had a call from funding secure.
They were offering me increased rates on the active loans by I think 2%. I said now as I was actively trying to take my money out by that stage. By that stage the penny had dropped.
Looking back it was clearly another con to try and get there hands on the cash I had sat in my account.

I started to get a bad smell about the time I took a huge chunk of the first charge in a certain ex-council tower block, I think the LTV was something like 5 percent. I convinced myself that even in administration that one would still be safe. The fact is, even if they started out with good intentions, much of the money we loaned out here and elsewhere was never intended to get back to its rightful owner once they realised that their business plan was a dead-end street. The administrators are just another level of legalised theft who will not close this book until there's no money left. Then we have legal chancers trying to get to our funds before we do holding up repayment for years again.
Three years later and millions pilfered, who's gone to prison? Nobody and nobody ever will. So many people very happy with our redistributed savings, from platform directors to an army of lawyers and of course borrowers who have made sure the money has simply vanished. And strange companies on far off islands that supply incredibly expensive services that nobody has ever seen. ABL is the next one for the dirty laundry to start coming out, if it hasn't already but the talk on the forum is so damned cryptic that you need to follow it full time to make sense of it.
There are days when I cannot look my wife in the eye.

We should all sleep very soundly at night, safe in the knowledge that "Our Nige" is still on a VERY nice little earner, providing ongoing "Consultancy", on how he fornicated up everything he touched. Allegedly. Takes a superhuman and extraordinary skill set that does.

Three years later and millions pilfered, who's gone to prison? Nobody and nobody ever will. There is hope. Not much, granted, but it can and does happen. Here's a (slightly adapted) post I dropped into the Collateral thread a week or so back; the likely parallels are self evident: Seems the key is to get the SFO involved. I certainly wouldn't hold my breath on the FCA to doing anything.
