pre drawdown interest on Manchester Hotel (116) and West London Prop (110) paid to cash account today.

FYI, Last week I chased Pre-drawdown interest for loan #122 W***-W*** N**** W****. The response was that the loan may still go ahead and therefore the borrower is not being aggressively pursued. Hope it goes ahead.

I'm on it. Of loans that have drawn down I think that is the last one? Happy to be corrected here.
davidricketts1 it may be all the ones which have drawn down but I think there are number which never drew down. It would be good if you could give us an update on how AC are getting on recovering our pre drawdown interest. I have a suspicion that the news may not be great but it you have written off getting any or all of these I think we would prefer to know.
My records on these are not great ( but others can correct the list) but I think these are :-
105 east mid 124 York mob 100 London soft 88 Redruth 80 Weston Super 61 High Wycom
Some like 122 may possibly still appear as a loan but if you could give us a status on each.

Not my area unmadem however, I am told that legal process is being followed. Am guessing this is likely to take a considerable amount of time unfortunately.
