I'm unable to log in to Lending Works today. It's telling me "Sorry, unrecognized username or password". I know both are correct. Anyone else having problems?

I can log in but any attempt to access My Account fails an ID check. It wants me to upload an ID doc and two proofs of address. I'm disinclined to comply. I'd rather snap at their heels for a few months.

I’ve tried emailing today but am not confident of a prompt reply/resolution!

Not so far. I'm annoyed that my login, password and designated bank account have not changed but suddenly they're not good enough. All I want to do is withdraw funds to my designated account.
I can only provide two of the three required documents (from a very narrow range) since I am a lodger and I pay no bills. This is the only P2P to have done this to me so I don't believe it is a regulatory requirement.

I finally gave in and uploaded ID documents on 20 February. The system has acknowledged receipt and claims that verification is in progress. Clearly the pace of that progress is disappointing and I don't believe anyone is manning the box. Shirty email in progress.
