Yes had the same problem myself but finally resolved after a week of numerous emails. As a investor we should a phone number to ring and actually speak to somebody... Funds have just appeared late Friday along with an apology. Unacceptable - and EM joins my list of former platforms for investing.

I made a deposit a few days ago, well after office hours, and the funds appeared in my Elfin account almost immediately.

Just incase it makes a difference, my latest deposit that was processed virtually instantly was via the new deposit account (I.e. the one with account number 00000039). Though I did make a deposit in May via the old deposit account, which was also processed within seconds.

I had one go astray as well using the old account details. It was fixed fairly quickly after I contacted them, but quite worrying for a while. I will change the paying in details before I try again.
Edit: I had previously done a deposit in May (using the old details) that went through in minutes as usual. Diminishing functionality of the old details? I wish they had just told us we need to change them rather than saying it's fine.
