My Classic account regular automatic weekly cash withdrawal for 9th December is showing on the Lending Works site but nothing has arrived in my bank account - payments normally arrive the same day. I have emailed LW but no reply.
Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what's wrong please?

Same for me but, as it’s only £1.07p, I haven’t worked up the enthusiasm to chase it yet.

Understandable .. but mine was £79.61 so am a little more exercised! I'm particularly disturbed as there has been no general message alerting us to an issue and no reply to me email ... also there was no answer to my phone call.

I've received about 15 identical "money transfer settled" e-mails (in portions) on Friday and Saturday, but nothing arrived to my bank account. I hope this is just a matter of their "computer is broken" and it is going to be fixed soon, but no communication about it is worrying.

From my experience, LW are taking a lot longer to reply to queries recently. I have an outstanding one from over 10 days ago and still no response. Any ideas why this is happening now?
