Am I reading the latest administrators report correctly? Interim distributions to lenders against 4 DFL ‘s and 7 DFL’s to recommence in the new year.

That's how I read it, and I note that c.1800 lenders of c.10000 lenders had not been verified and / or
provided valid bank details to enable the Joint Administrators to process withdrawals.
EDIT But having read further, it won't be early in the New Year as the Protocol, which cost in excess of £150k, has yet to be drafted, agreed, written and then approved by the Courts!!!

No, not waiting for Court to approve, says distributions will occur once the protocol is agreed amongst parties.

Could it be as soon as 2030 or am I being too optimistic?

As you probally know SL75, LAG had a major wip round, hired solicitor/counsel and have been negotiating with the administrators. An agreement has now been reached and LAG are expecting some payments to be processed in early 2023. I am not a fan of facebook myself but would suggest the LAG page worth joining. www.facebook.com/groups/lendyactiongroupEDIT: Nine page pdf dated 24th December and lots of questions & answers posted 24th, 25th & today. I am sure the 'LAG Update on Directions Hearing - 24.12.2022' will appear elsewhere, mabey in DD Central but I will not attempt a short summery or post in central.
