I've just received the latest administrator report... and logged in...
THERE IS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT! <faints with shock>
I mean, it's not a lot... but...
(Just one loan so far. The rest are surely to follow. Loan numbers in the PDF)

It's funny RSM's strapline is "The power of being understood".
After every update I just think "huh?" and go check the P2P forum to see if I can work out what is going on.

DFL005 for me the first repayment, about 5% return I think so a massive loss on a loan we were told would be fully repaid within weeks

And mine by a long way, I know the return was not going to great but has sent me back in to depression almost £7k loss It was 25% of my final Lendy loan book. At the time when administration kicked in I was hoping to get some 30-40% of DFL005 back, I was far too optimistic

At the time when administration kicked in I was hoping to get some 30-40% of DFL005 back That went out the window when the sale of the security cleared ~6% of the debt.

HUGE AMOUNT of costs will be evident now on every loan that they start to finally let go of the scraps to the lenders.be prepared for the worse outcomes as the loan book is being run down and the administrators prepare to move on to new pastures.

This just looks like a token amount being returned in order to justify the administration.

did think London may/should have been on the list.... It's only loans that have had no distributions so far.
