The only reference to vacant possession I noted in late 2018 was in November. Probably not what you`re looking for though.

In the circumstances we are in the process of instructing Lendy’s lawyers to obtain vacant possession of the property with a view to marketing it for sale by private treaty where this will ensure a higher return to investors.

That property is still in the possession of the borrower - they managed to refinance, eventually. The capital was fully repaid, along with some interest. We've just had nearly 50% paid to us.

Thanks taffy I don't think that loan fits what I'm looking for. To ease out a bit more detail I understand the loan had 'Squatters'. The only one I can think of offhand with squatters was the saga of hilarity and shenanigans in M'bone... p2pindependentforum.com/thread/13512/london-loan

"The" London loan had squatters.
I also seem to recall PBL123 gatehouse had some "resident" issues, although I think that one had been rented out?
PBL147 also had tenant issues.

pBL064 had tennants that needed to be evicted around that time
