Hi there
I have a personal account on Lendy and a LTD Company account of which I was the director until I recently shut it down as for over 4 years I was not using it as I went PAYE at work.
When I recently shut the company down I had to shut the Santander business bank account down also ( was paying £7.50 a month in feeds for years and not using it)
Sods law that after all this time I finally get some of my loan money back in my company account on Lendy !
The LTD company account has same home / mobile phone number and same home address and had me listed as a director when I applied for it but it has my old business bank account and the company name.
I now have some funds this month returned to me but I cannot withdraw to my old business bank account anymore.
How do I proceed to get the funds to me?
Who is the best point of contact? is it support@lendy.co.uk or administrators.
Many thanks in advance for any help as I dont want to get bogged down in money laundering...

Yep, changed mine, and my partners, via that route, took a few days, and needed copy of statement from new, account. Worked better than the 'old' Lendy used to.

There are quite a few posts on that in this thread: p2pindependentforum.com/post/466553/thread.

The latest email has this paragraph :- The fun and games might be that the Lendy account, and the money within it, doesn't belong to richyp It belongs to the old, now defunct, limited company... I suspect, at the very least, they're going to need more paperwork to prove the right to access the company's money.

Just a positive update - after getting the requested documentation from my accountant and getting that Deed of Assignement witnessed by a work colleague, scanned and sent over to Lendy, they have indeed changed the bank accounts on my p2p account - took about 2 weeks but I have now put a request in to withdraw my money which I was told (from a follow up phone call from Lendy) would take a few more weeks (but Im fine with that)
Good service all round from them I would have to say :-)
