Thank you for the explanation. I think it would have been a good idea, even courteous, to have put a brief message on this forum in advance, so then lenders would not have been concerned over the weekend about the various irregularities that were noted. Maybe next time when you spend a brief weekend sailing? I find it quite amazing that people expect P2P platforms to be on 24/7 call and responding to posts on a public forum every five minutes. P2P organisations tend to be quite small, they're not like banks with 24 hr call centres, indeed not that many organisations are on call 24/7 so I don't see why there should even be an expectation that P2P ones should be. SS do a very good job responding here, and I think they deserve a break, in more ways than one.

I agree 100%. They need to have some down time, if we want to expect their best performance. Keep up the Good Work 'Guys'
