Does anyone have a contact address or phone number for RSM. I drew down an amount of a few thousand pounds over a month ago (6 February) from my Lendy account and it has till not hit my bank account. I have not changed accounts and no-one is responding to emails I have been sending to support@lendy.co.uk regarding this.

Try lendy.restructuring@rsmuk.com. The support one is for KYC/AML only RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB 25 0203 201 8000 - thats the number in the admin reports

Ill try that email, been trying to change my withdrawal bank account for weeks now and getting nowhere.

Unfortunately tel no is no good, it goes to what sounds like a central hub, when you inform them where you need to be, they just say all lines are busy, leave a message, which i have done, numerous times, but no reply as yet... emailed a few days ago, no response there either as yet.

Response received... please send us your new bank account details with a copy of the statement showing up to date address , your KYC and AML details are up to date .. we will then change your details. <fingers crossed>
