Re. South Coast Plumbing & Mechanical Services Loan.
I trust that anyone invested in this loan who does not have the time or inclination to join the private board simply to read what I guess will be protracted and often speculative discussions about what may or may not happen, will be kept promptly informed on this forum about the status of this loan by AC?

You'd better take a look at the most recent lender update, 23rd Jan... Sit down and pour a glass first though. yorkshireman - Nothing much beyond speculation on the private board, until some more info is available (Wed 28th?).
